You'll lead with strategy, coach for results, and close with excellence. Working cross-functionally with our Property Advisors and Transaction Coordinators, you'll keep deals moving fast while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and satisfaction every step of the way.

What You'll Do
- Pipeline Management: Own the end-to-end closings process across a high-volume pipeline of exclusive investment properties.
- Buyer Network Expansion: Build, engage, and retain strong relationships with our investor community through proactive outreach and deal flow.
- Sales Strategy: Drive revenue by executing strategic closing plans that align with company objectives and market conditions.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with our Property Advisors and Transaction Coordinators to ensure operational speed and cohesion.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine workflows to improve conversion and closing timelines.
- Compliance & Communication: Uphold legal, financial, and operational standards while keeping internal teams and leadership in the loop with transparent, consistent reporting.
- Client Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for buyers during the closing process, ensuring smooth, professional experiences across every touchpoint.
What Success Looks Like in 6-12 Months
- You've built a predictable and repeatable closings machine, consistently hitting — or exceeding — monthly targets.
- Our buyer base is growing, engaged, and trusting of your leadership.
- Internal teams rely on you as a stable operator who gets deals done without delays or surprises.
- You've implemented and refined processes that improve speed, visibility, and performance across the board.
- You've built a reputation as a calm, confident closer who leads with integrity, urgency, and results.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in real estate, operations, or deal execution roles.
- Strong background managing sales pipelines and leading people or projects to completion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. -Confidence working in CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus).
- High standards, a results-driven mindset, and a steady hand under pressure.
- A collaborative spirit with a sharp eye for detail, legal requirements, and deal flow.
