Job SummaryThe Elite Job is seeking an experienced Senior Remote Closing Manager to lead and manage the sales closing process for high-ticket deals. In this role, you will oversee a team of closing specialists, drive conversions, and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales psychology, and the ability to close deals while mentoring junior closers.This is a performance-driven role, ideal for professionals who excel in remote environments and have a proven track record of managing and scaling sales operations successfully.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a team of remote closing specialists.Take ownership of high-value client closing calls and ensure deal conversions.Analyze sales pipelines and optimize strategies to increase closing rates.Collaborate with marketing and lead generation teams to ensure high-quality prospects.Develop and implement effective scripts, objection-handling strategies, and negotiation techniques.Monitor individual and team KPIs, providing actionable feedback for improvement.Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.Drive revenue growth while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.Report performance metrics and insights to senior management.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage remote teams.Proven experience in closing high-ticket deals ($5,000+).Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced remote environment.Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and virtual communication platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.High level of integrity and customer-centric approach.ExperienceMinimum: 5+ years of experience in sales closing, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.Experience managing remote sales teams is highly desirable.Track record of achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Working HoursFlexible working hours with availability for global clients in multiple time zones.Core hours: 9 AM – 6 PM (EST) or equivalent, with flexibility for evening calls if required.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesIn-depth knowledge of sales strategies and buyer psychology.Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance.Ability to handle complex negotiations and objections confidently.Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, CRMs).Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based bonuses.100% remote work – work from anywhere in the world.Career growth opportunities in a fast-growing company.Paid training and professional development programs.Health and wellness benefits (depending on region).Supportive team culture with regular virtual meetups.Why Join The Elite Job?At The Elite Job, we believe in empowering our employees to achieve excellence.
