**Responsibilities**:

- Set up workstations, tools, and equipment in a timely manner.
- Preparing stocks, sauces, soups, roasting meat, and slicing meat and vegetables.
- Prepare food in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Ensuring food standards, quality, and safety are being held to the highest degree.
- Prepare condiments for customer orders.
- Operate various machinery needed for food preparation.
- Be able to explain dishes to wait staff and customers.
- Respecting and helping your neighbour in building a healthy, hard-working culture.
