- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices.
- Develop creative drink menus and promote special events to enhance customer engagement.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records related to bar operations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.

**Skills**
- Strong background in hospitality with experience in restaurant management.
- Knowledge of food handling and food safety regulations.
- Excellent cash handling skills with attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Experience in supervising staff and fostering a positive team environment.
