**Job description**

Johnny Rocco's is currently seeking an experienced individual to join our outstanding team at our Niagara Falls location. Applicant must have minimum 3 years experience in the Restaurant Service Industry, plus, 1 year minimum in management. The individual will assist with beverage inventory and must have a basic understanding of costs. Will also be responsible to for all beverage ordering, par levels and tracking sales. As with all of our managers, applicant will be actively running shifts.

1. Atmosphere control

2. Bar counts/variance

3. Cleaning assignments

4. Discounts, voids and comps

5. Food storage management

6. Line checks

7. Open/Close checklists

8. Shift notes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$18.50 per hour
