This is a permanent position averaging 12-18 hours weekly, with an opportunity to grow in hours and duties with additional training in sales. Starting hourly wage is $18.00 - $22.00 (depending on experience).

SEEKING YUKON RESIDENTS ONLY

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greeting customers and checking IDs
- Interacting with members on-site as well as over the phone, collecting feedback on products and services offered by Triple J’s
- Admitting customers into the restricted cannabis dispensing area
- Managing the waiting room
- Managing Incoming Calls
- Receiving and responding to internal communications
- Responding to customer/member inquiries with comprehensive knowledge and accuracy
- Operating computer systems
- Creating files, organizing documents, filing
- Provide VIP customer service, ensuring that quality and efficiency standards are met for every customer
- Handling busy, stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Ensuring no minors nor intoxicated persons enter the cannabis dispensary area
- Liaising with RCMP in the event of an emergency
- General janitorial duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, taking out garbage, ensuring the waiting area, office and retail areas are kept immaculate throughout the day;
- Assist with sales and inventory counts as needed.

**QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS**
- Must be available to work Wednesday evenings, Saturday mornings, and day shift on Sundays
- Must have a professional, well-groomed appearance and demeanor
- Knowledge of cannabis products, strains and consumption methods an asset
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a high level of customer interaction, suggestive selling and enthusiasm
- Must be positive, charismatic and welcoming, with an outgoing attitude
- Able to build strong, meaningful long-term relationships with coworkers and members
- Effective oral and written skills
- Able to understand and follow documented procedures, upholding and preserving the integrity of the company
- Able to follow directions and carry out tasks independently
- Able to work methodically in a fast-paced environment
- Able to see, hear, speak and write clearly in order to communicate effectively
- Two years’ customer service and/or reception experience ideal
- Minimum 19 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must pass a criminal record and background check
- Must pass Triple J’s and Yukon Government BARS-C cannabis worker training.
