Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette while directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including managing correspondence and office supplies.
- Collaborate with medical or dental staff to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
