We’re thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team at Sebastian MD Aesthetics as a **Medical Spa Administrator. **This role is integral to the seamless operation of our medical Spa.

As a **Medical Spa Administrator,** you will oversee a variety of administrative functions to ensure the spa runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include managing bookings, maintaining accurate client records, and delivering exceptional client and staff experiences.

**Detail-Oriented**: Manage client profiles, invoices, and appointment schedules with precision to uphold high service standards.

**Interpersonal Skills**: Deliver excellent client service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering long-term client relationships.

**Organizational and Time Management Skills**: Handle various tasks such as inbox management, appointment scheduling, and marketing support with efficiency and effectiveness.

**Sales and Marketing Acumen**: Educate clients about our services and packages, collaborate with the marketing team, and contribute to revenue growth through upselling and encouraging repeat business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee client invoicing, correct discrepancies, and handle cancellations or no-shows.
- Maintain and update client profiles, strategically manage appointment bookings, and optimize scheduling.
- Resolve client complaints and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

Pay: $19.00-$25.97 per hour

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical Office: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Work Location: In person
