We are seeking Part-time Spa Sales Associates with reception responsibilities at the Brampton location at 201 Great Lakes Drive Trinity Commons Mall

At Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, you are a sales oriented, customer service-focused, and dedicated professional. You combine your computer skills with your people skills to provide a “ first in class” spa experience for our clients. While you primarily work as a team, you have the ability to work independently, while taking initiative to facilitate successful day -to-day operations of the spa.

Key Qualifications:

- Sales oriented - the ability to meet daily sales goals and monthly targets
- Meticulous, reliable, and dedicated in your work approach
- Self-motivated, mature, and able to work autonomously
- Confident in promoting our spa services, a strong decision maker, and a critical thinker
- Joyful and effective in interacting with clients and coworkers
- Administration skills

Scope of Job:

- Appointment Management
- Laundry Cleaning, Folding, and Stocking
- Housekeeping - Clean Rooms, Washrooms, Spa Areas
- Keyholder Responsibilities
- Customer Services - Checkin, Checkout
- Handling of Cash & Card payments
- Other Administrative responsibilities

Work Schedule: Flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
