Cambridge Ford is seeking a dynamic and energetic Service Communications Specialist to be the friendly and professional voice that greets our guests by phone. As the first point of contact for incoming service inquiries, your ability to listen, respond clearly, and provide helpful guidance will set the tone for the exceptional service experience we are known for.

This role focuses on inbound phone communication, appointment coordination, and supporting our service team with timely, accurate information — helping to ensure every guest is heard, understood, and looked after.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Answer inbound phone calls from guests seeking to book service appointments or inquire about automotive services
- Offer knowledgeable, courteous, and solution-focused responses to guest questions
- Schedule appointments in coordination with our service advisors to optimize shop flow
- Accurately input and update customer information using our DMS system
- Assist in confirming and modifying bookings based on technician availability or service needs
- Relay messages between guests and internal team members clearly and professionally
- Greet walk-in guests with a welcoming attitude and assist with basic service questions when needed
- Support the service team in maintaining a high standard of guest satisfaction and timely communication

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A confident, friendly phone voice with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, or dealership roles (automotive knowledge is a strong asset)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
- Familiarity with DMS systems is preferred
- A team player eager to support others and take initiative when needed
- Availability for full-time work, with the flexibility to adapt to daily service flow
