**Job Type**: Commission-only

YEG Xpanded is a growing property management company focused on delivering exceptional service and building strong client relationships. We are seeking a **high-energy, self-motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA)** with strong sales experience to connect with potential clients and drive business growth.

**Who Should Apply?**

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule and conduct on-site landlord walk-throughs and collect keys.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed sales targets with an independent, self-driven approach.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of sales experience (real estate, retail, or similar).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Applicants should have the ability to handle multiple in-person client meetings per day, including travel between properties.
- This is a commission-only position, ideal for highly self-motivated individuals who thrive on performance-based earnings.
- Comfortable using CRM software or willing to learn.
- Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented.
