**What You’ll Do**

As an ISA, you will play a critical role in identifying and connecting with potential clients. Your responsibilities will include managing communication, organizing client meetings, and maintaining accurate records. Your contributions will directly impact the success and growth of our company.

**Responsibilities**
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and aligning them with our services.
- Schedule and coordinate online meetings with clients.
- Maintain and update client information within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance lead-generation strategies.
- Set and achieve weekly performance goals, tracking progress effectively.
- Meet landlords to conduct walk-throughs and collect keys.
- Clearly explain the property management agreement to clients.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to various client needs.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software or a willingness to learn quickly.
- A positive, goal-oriented attitude with a commitment to personal and team success.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 28 - 30 per week
