As an Customer Service Agent at Tech Army, you represent us as a company to our clients. With our Ottawa office as your home-base, you travel to various client sites to troubleshoot computers, tablets, laptops, wireless routers and more. You have a strong technical background and an ability to listen and communicate effectively to clients and other team members alike. You have a team of Service Desk Technicians behind you, but you can problem-solve and de-escalate issues with ease.

What you bring....
- A minimum of a college diploma or equivalent work experience
- Valid class G driving license with access to own vehicle
- A keen ability to diagnose technical issues in Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android
- Excellent communication skills no matter who you are talking to
- Previous experience supporting Microsoft related technologies: Windows 11, 10, 7 and earlier
- Ability to multi-task like a master

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
