**About Customer Service Representative**:
Your main responsibilities will be:

- Answer questions about early repayments and contract balances
- Agree with clients on deferral payments of less then 15 days
- Process changes in the client's contract and add notes about the matter in the file
- Send and produce several types of documents based on needs
- Prepare contract transfers and prepayments
- Manage follow-ups required by contracts with customers
- Manage a portfolio of clients to develop relationships and ensure better servicing
- Participate in special projects aimed at developing the team and optimizing the department
- Participate in the training of new employees

**The profile we are looking for**:

- You have 2 years of experience in customer support
- You have a college diploma or equivalent work experience
- any program related to business administration will be considered an asset
- You are fluent both in English and French (written and oral) in order to serve our clients across Canada
- You have strong communication skills
