**Production Assembler**

**Purpose**:
To assemble, inspect and package various models of PCMW’s marine windshield products

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manual assembly of marine windshields and related products including complex and accurate parts according to assembly procedures, custom specifications and quality standards
- Component preparation, placement and installation
- Final assembly and/or pack and ship as required
- Mechanical assembly as required
- Conduct repair/touch up/modifications on the products as required
- Be able to work on different aspects of the manufacturing operations
- Participate in training and certification programs to ensure job knowledge and skills set
- Participate in all team level quality improvement initiatives and safety procedures
- Other duties as required

**Must Have**:

- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication skills and a team player
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs (23 kg) comfortably
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to work with hand tools and power tools

**Would Prefer**:

- Demonstrated mechanical experience and aptitude
- Prior knowledge of operating machinery
- Valid driver license with a clean driving abstract
- Valid Forklift License

**Starting Salary**: $19.00/hr.
