ASCO Aerospace Canada is a division of Montana Aerospace, with our facility located in Delta, BC. We are looking for an **Assembler **to join our Production team at the Canadian operations.

**Job Duties**
- Drill, ream, fit, and assemble a variety of machined aerospace parts according to customer specifications
- Installation of bushings, bearings, brackets, clips, bolts, and rivets
- Installation of fasteners
- Application of sealants
- Support 5S and Lean manufacturing processes

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma, or equivalent
- Previous, related work in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset
- Must be willing to work as part of a team
- Ability to accommodate a variety of schedules, including days, afternoons, or weekends

Applicants should have knowledge of, or the willingness to learn:

- Blue-print reading, to understand and interpret drawing tolerance specifications
- Aerospace specification requirements
- Safe operation of hand and power tools
- Quality system requirements

This is a physically demanding job that requires:

- Excellent hand and eye coordination
- Good written and spoken English
- Ability to work on assembly of parts for long periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
- Use of hand and power tools
- Ability to work in an industrial manufacturing environment
