Assembler – Coperion Join to apply for the Assembler role at Coperion. Primary Duties Assembles, fits and installs prefabricated parts to form subassemblies or completes product assembly using hand and/or small power tools. Reads, interprets and follows drawings, BOMs and other specifications to determine assembly. Ensures that all products meet specified tolerances, while following and meeting all quality standards essential to Unifiller Systems standards. Assists with training of new employees upon request. Maintains safe work practices by using all required safety equipment and procedures. Maintains work area in a neat and orderly manner to facilitate efficient processes and good safety practices. Carries out other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Experience Background in assembly and/or related experience preferred. Electrical knowledge and manufacturing experience is considered an asset. Mechanical aptitude. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent organizational, time management skills and ability to multitask. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Able to lift minimum 50 lbs.
