**Overview**

**Duties**
- Responsible for timely and accurate posting of payable invoices for multiple entities in a paperless working environment
- Ensuring all required supporting documentation are in place prior to payable processing and escalate issues accordingly
- Management of the payable approval workflow system ensuring all unapproved payables are actioned by the project management team on a timely basis
- Follow up and respond to all queries both internally and externally in accordance to corporate guidelines in a timely and professional manner
- Monthly reconciliation of all vendor statement accounts
- Weekly/monthly submission of AP KPI reports
- Assist in month-end/year-end closing and working papers
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the finance department.

**Experience**
- Accounting education/background is an asset
- 2 or more years of full cycle accounts payable experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to prioritize and consistently meet deadlines
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude and adhere to corporate values (Reliability, Integrity, Caring)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
