Since 2008 Access Home Care Inc has been providing services to individuals in their time of need throughout Moncton and the surrounding area. Access provides social services to children, youth, adults and families in South Eastern New Brunswick.

About the position:
The role of a Adult Disability Worker is to assist individuals with varying abilities out in the community on appointments, special outings and sometimes for the clients to have support from another individual that they may not otherwise have. This position, you will be working with an individual who will be attending college - this is a full-time position.

**Requirements**:
Education in at least one of the following - Child & Youth Care, Human Services, ECE/EA, Criminology, Sociology, Social Service Worker
First Aid & CPR
Clear Criminal Record Check & SD Check
Have own vehicle and valid drivers license with proper insurance (million dollar liability)

**Skills**:Strong Interpersonal Skills
Effective Verbal and listening skills
Stress management skills
Effective decision making skills
Ability to work unsupervised

After six months employment and thirty hours, the successful applicant will qualify for medical benefits.

Employees also get their base rate + $0.58 per kms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour
