**Position Overview**:
We are seeking motivated and licensed **Mortgage Agents** to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of lenders, access competitive mortgage products, and build lasting client relationships. Whether you're an experienced agent or newly licensed, we provide the support and resources to help you succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and manage leads to build a pipeline of potential clients.
- Collect, review, and submit all necessary documentation to lenders.
- Negotiate mortgage terms with lenders to secure the best rates and products for clients.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and brokerage policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
- Stay updated on market trends, lender products, and regulatory changes.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid Ontario Mortgage Agent 1, Mortgage Agent 2 or Broker License (FSRA).
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, services, and lending practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Sales-driven mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
- Experience with mortgage software and CRM systems is an asset.
- Experience with Velocity, Filogix and underwriting is an asset
- Retail banking experience as a mortgage specialist is an asset

**Compensation**
- 100% commissions based role (No minimum salary)

Pay: $47,680.99-$183,119.47 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

- Weekends as needed
