We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant to support a Mortgage Broker. As an Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks, managing communications, and assisting in various administrative functions related to mortgage brokerage.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Mortgage Broker
- Manage and organize the broker's schedule, appointments, and meetings
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
- **Communication Management**:

- Act as a primary point of contact between the Mortgage Broker and clients
- Assist in maintaining client relationships through effective communication
- **Documentation and File Management**:

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of client files and documentation
- Coordinate with various parties involved in the mortgage process
- **Maintain Social media platform**:

- Assist in preparing reports and presentations for the Mortgage Broker
- Need to maintain Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts for the Broker

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry or financial services is an asset
- Knowledge of using CRM is an asset
- Previous Industry experience is an asset

**Education**:

- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is plus

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
