Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Sales Coordinator & Concierge Service Specialist to drive revenue through strategic networking and relationship-building with luxury concierge services, luxury private clientele, corporate clients, and prestigious luxury brands. This individual must come with established networks in the corporate, entertainment, and arts sectors to immediately secure event bookings and partnerships without the need for extensive relationship-building. They will play a crucial role in selling event space and luxury guest suites, ensuring premium guest experiences, and fostering partnerships that align with our brand's prestige.

Key Responsibilities:
**Event Sales & Revenue Growth**:

- Drive revenue by securing target numbers of high-end event bookings monthly (10-24 attendees per event).
- Leverage existing networks and build new relationships with luxury concierge services to access clients.
- Utilize pre-established relationships with Toronto-based corporate sectors, for exclusive dinners and private events.
- Engage with the film industry events.
- Collaborate with luxury brands across other luxury sectors to organize joint promotional events.
- Establish and maintain strong connections within the music, theatre, and arts community to secure culturally enriching events and partnerships.

**Concierge & Guest Services**:

- Serve as the primary concierge for ultra-luxury guest suites, providing seamless and bespoke guest experiences.
- Market and manage suite bookings with focus on our target clientele.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, ensuring an exceptional level of personalized service.

**Operational Management**:

- Utilize data management and booking software to book and to manage client relationships, and streamline event coordination.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the event space and guest suites to target clientele.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure flawless event execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in related luxury sales, event coordination and/or hospitality.
- Experience working with high-end concierge services.
- Must have an established network within Toronto's luxury, corporate, entertainment, and arts sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in luxury markets.
- Proficiency in data management and booking software systems.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-traveled with a deep understanding of luxury fashion, wine, and lifestyle industries.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base salary with commissions based on profit generated from revenues initiated by the Event Sales Coordinator & Concierge Service Specialist.

Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
