Production Analyst

Company Description As a company founded and run by an artist, it's our mission to provide talented artists with the freedom and resources they need to deliver quality work and to thrive in a fun and creative environment. **Job Description**: The Production Analyst will work closely with the Production Accountant in tracking project profitability and developing and implementing performance reports. - Assist the Production Accountant in assessing the progress of projects and record projected revenues and expenses based on the progress of projects (work in progress) monthly from his/her division; - Update information for the "Tax Credit" of clients; - Complete and follow up on tax credit returns for our clients with EP Canada and Revenu Québec; - Production of monthly reports on the profitability of projects (KPI); - Production of overtime reports (twice a month); - Open projects in Netsuite; - Follow-up on payment schedules and ensure that the billing process in place is reliable and efficient; - Follow up on supplier invoice approvals for projects in Netsuite and follow up with the producers' planned project budget; - Update the various platforms (Dashboards, KPIs, etc); - Assist the Production Accountant with information to be provided for R&D tax credits with tax return partners; - Any other related tasks. **Qualifications**: - College diploma (DEC) in accounting and management techniques or a university certificate in accounting; - 3 years experience in a similar position; - Knowledge of project-based accounting is an asset; - Advanced knowledge of Excel essential; - Attention to detail; Additional Information - Full-time, Permanent Contract; - 5 paid sick days; - 2 additional statutory holidays in the winter holidays; - Group Insurance, access to Dialogue online support and to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP); - RRSP with employer contribution. - Diversity is a core value at Rodeo FX.
