**Job Description** The Opportunity**:
Are you passionate about using data to drive smart business decisions? As a **Product Analyst**, you will play a key role in shaping our product strategies and inventory plans through in-depth analysis and insights. Reporting to the **Manager, Planning & Allocation**, you will collaborate closely with the **Merchandising** team to optimize assortments, maximize sales, and support overall brand objectives.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Partner with the **Merchandising** team to understand seasonal strategies and market trends.
- Analyze sales performance, product trends, and color stories to make data-driven recommendations for future seasons.
- Provide **sales and inventory analysis** to support buying decisions and ensure alignment with brand goals.
- Develop store-level **unit and assortment plans** to optimize product distribution.
- Recommend markdown and promotional strategies to drive sales and manage inventory.
- Prepare insights and analytics for seasonal reviews and post-mortem evaluations.

**Qualifications** Who you are**:

- University degree in Commerce, Math or equivalent field of study
- Minimum 2 years + related experience
- Problem Solving skills and able to use rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
- Excellent communication skills
- Skilled in Excel
