Nous recherchons un Product Owner prêt à prendre en charge des produits logiciels qui assistent nos équipes sur le terrain dans l'accomplissement de leur travail. Nous recherchons quelqu'un prêt à être un leader d'équipe, mais qui peut également mettre la main à la pâte et compléter le travail de nos analystes d'affaires.

Notre équipe est composée de développeurs, d'analystes et de data scientists. Vous évoluerez dans un environnement qui comprend plusieurs facettes et de nombreux intervenants. Notre objectif est de répondre aux grandes questions qui préoccupent nos clients industriels. Nous y parvenons en travaillant avec nos partenaires internes et externes et en repoussant les limites du savoir pour intégrer de nouvelles technologies dans les réseaux de distribution qui datent souvent du siècle dernier.

Responsabilités:

- Développer une compréhension approfondie de nos clients, de notre produit et de nos objectifs commerciaux pour guider le développement du produit.
- Être propriétaire et gérer le carnet de produit, et le prioriser en fonction de l'impact commercial et client.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes et les équipes pour transformer les exigences commerciales en histoires d'utilisateur pour que les équipes de développement puissent les mettre en œuvre.
- Soutenir l'équipe d'analyse commerciale pour documenter les exigences commerciales et fonctionnelles.
- Définir et suivre les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI) du produit pour mesurer le succès.
- Conduire des réunions de planification de sprint et de grooming, ainsi que des sessions de revue et de rétrospective.
- Surveiller les étapes de développement et s'assurer que le produit final répond aux attentes des clients.
- Examiner fréquemment les solutions livrées pour garantir une expérience utilisateur optimale.
- Travailler en liaison avec l'équipe marketing pour assurer le succès du lancement des produits.
- Exploiter continuellement les informations sur les clients et le marché, ainsi que l'analyse concurrentielle, pour informer les stratégies de produits.

Exigences:

- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en tant que Product Owner, Analyste d'Affaires/Fonctionnel, ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Connaissance des méthodologies de développement Agile.
- Fortes compétences en résolution de problèmes et volonté de retrousser ses manches pour accomplir le travail.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement avec des équipes transversales.
- Excellentes compétences en communication, présentation et leadership en français et en anglais.
- Bonnes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps.
- Attention aux détails et capacité à résoudre les problèmes.
- Expérience dans le secteur des services publics est un plus.
- Disponibilité pour des déplacements occasionnels (Canada et États-Unis).

We are looking for a Product Owner ready to take charge of software products that assist our field teams in accomplishing their work. We are looking for someone ready to be a team leader but can also get his hands dirty and complement the work of our business analyst(s).

Our team is composed of developers, analysts, and data scientists. You will evolve in an environment that includes several facets and many stakeholders. Our goal is to answer the big questions that concern our industrial customers. We achieve this by working with our internal and external partners and by pushing the limits of knowledge to integrate new technologies into distribution networks that often date back to the last century.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a deep understanding of our customers, our product, and our business goals to guide product development.
- Own and manage the product backlog, and prioritize it based on business and customer impact.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders and teams to turn business requirements into user stories for the development teams to implement.
- Support the business analysis team to document the business and functional requirements.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the product to measure success.
- Conduct sprint planning and grooming meetings, and review and retrospective sessions.
- Oversee development stages and ensure the final product meets customer expectations.
- Frequently review the solutions delivered
