**About Us**: Join our busy natural health clinic dedicated to holistic wellness. We are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our Operations Manager and client base. This role requires discretion, confidentiality, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.
**Position Hours**:
- Must be able to work: 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
- Working days range between **Monday to Friday** (additional hours may be required in addition to set hours).
- Approximately **15 hours**per week, hours may vary.
- Part-time role with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.
- This is a long-term position with a **minimum commitment of 1 year**, not suitable for short-term applicants.

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage appointment scheduling and client records
- Maintain a clean and organized clinic
- Assist with administrative tasks and support the Operations Manager
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in office administration, reception, and/or customer service
- High degree of integrity and professionalism
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage time, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Passion for holistic health and wellness

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
**Education**:
- Secondary School (required)
**Experience**:
- Front desk/Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
