**What You Will Do**:

- Process all incoming items including unloading and unpacking shipments, comparing information on packing slips with purchase orders, labelling and receiving inventory
- Review and verify all outgoing orders are correct
- Receive chemicals in accordance with company procedures and coordinate with waste management companies in the disposal of toxic products
- Prepare product for shipment including, highlight and tagging, crate product and building part kits and packages
- Coordinate trucks and customer pickups
- Prepare commercial documents as needed
- Maintain internal record-keeping systems
- Operate a forklift and related warehousing equipment as needed
- Assist other areas in product when needed
- Maintain safe working conditions by keeping shipping/receiving areas clean and free of debris
- Participate and adhere to Oil Lift Technology’s Quality and Safety program and practices
- Perform other duties as needed

**Position Details**:

- Working at the Calgary facility dominantly
- Permanent
- Full-time
- Mainly working day shift operations, with overtime as required
- Weekend or night shift may be required dependent on business conditions

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Oracle ERP experience preferred
- Available to work shiftwork including day shift, afternoon shift
- Ability to multi-task
- Works well alone and with others
- Attention to detail
- Able to receive instruction
- Must be overhead crane certified
- Must be forklift certified

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience operating a Combi-Lift

**Physical Demands**
- Pre-employment testing including drug & alcohol, vision, auditory, background check and physical demands assessment required upon hire
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours/day
