**SUMMARY**

We have an exciting career opportunity for a part-time payroll administrator to become part of our growing team As a payroll administrator, you will be required to work with team members throughout the full payroll cycle to ensure payroll is processed in a timely and accurate manner. You will be responsible for updating the payroll system with details relating to new hires, terminations, rate changes and other elements. Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting with HR reporting and investigating payroll discrepancies. This role will be reporting to the HR Manager.

**KEY POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Processing full-cycle payroll via ADP on a weekly basis.
- Adjusting hours in our timekeeping system and running timesheet reports.
- Investigating payroll discrepancies and ensuring that corrections are made and processed in the payroll system.
- Assist with various HR reports on a weekly basis.
- Liaising with HR regarding payroll changes on a regular basis.
- Assisting HR with Ad-hoc tasks.
- Assisting with month end and year checks to ensure that accurate data is submitted.
- Maintain employee records accurately and up to date in ADP.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You have successfully completed post-secondary education from an accredited education institution.
- You have successful completion of the Canadian Payroll Association course, and your Canadian Payroll Association certification is in good standing.
- You have 1- 2 years of previous experience in administering payroll.
- You are able to meet deadlines.
- You have excellent attention to detail.
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.

**WORK CONDITIONS**
- Two days a week.
- On-site, indoor office environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
