Oakville, Canada Nexgen Property Management Inc. Full time

Property management company looking to hire a permanent, full time cleaner to clean office buildings. Cleaning would include common areas (bathrooms, lobby, hallways, etc.) as well as individual office units.

**Cleaning Tasks**
- Touchpoint Disinfection
- Dusting
- Sweeping
- Mopping
- Vacuuming carpets and spot cleaning
- Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours
- Cleaning all floors and surfaces
- Emptying waste containers
- Tracking cleaning supplies and letting supervisor know to order new supplies
- Additional tasks when required

**Job Information**
- Full time, permanent
- Hourly rate: $18-$20
- Monday-Friday 6:00pm-2:30am
- Located in Oakville (south, east) and Burlington
- Benefits after 3 months

**Requirements and Qualifications**
- Computer literate (to order and track supplies)
- Must have a clean criminal record
- Reliable and punctual
- Self-motivation and the ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision.
- Must have a valid G Driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
- janitorial: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
