**Overview**

As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients' environments are clean, safe, and welcoming.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas such as kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and offices.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or necessary repairs to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or seasonal cleaning tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining a clean environment and addressing any issues that arise during cleaning tasks.
