**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. This is a 1-year term position covering a maternity leave.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing details of our products and services to potential customers, suppliers and builders.
- Data and bill entry.
- Offer support to Production Team when needed.
- AR/AP (job invoicing, bank deposits, credit card payments, following up with outstanding accounts etc.)
- Assist with onboarding of staff, updating and maintaining employee records.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role.
- Must have a valid, Class 5 drivers license with access to vehicle.
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly QuickBooks.
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to perform account analysis effectively.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have office administrator, receptionist or related experience.
- Expectation and ability to work on tasks independently and efficiently.

**Working Conditions**:

- Hours will be Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with no overtime expected.
- Office setting with occasional interruptions and the need to deal with a range of tasks.
- Ability to sit and use phones and computer workstations for extended periods of time.
- This position requires regular and reliable attendance.
- Acceptable attire is casual.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $45,644.00-$47,937.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
