Job Title: Business Analyst - Identity and Access Management

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Analyze and document the business requirements and processes related to IAM, working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
2. Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to ensure IAM solutions meet business needs and align with the organization's security policy.
3. Provide expertise in the areas of Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Endpoint Privilege Management, and Secrets Management.
4. Identify and recommend process improvements and enhancements for IAM policies and protocols.
5. Conduct impact analysis of new business requirements on existing IAM policies and processes.
6. Lead the user acceptance testing (UAT) of new IAM implementations and changes.
7. Participate in the development and execution of IAM training programs for end users.
8. Assist in the development of policies for data governance and compliance as related to IAM.
9. Work with audit and compliance teams to ensure IAM practices meet all necessary regulatory requirements.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst with at least 3 years focused on Identity and Access Management.
3. Knowledge of IAM principles including Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management, Endpoint Privilege Management, and Secrets Management.
4. Experience with IAM platforms (e.g., Azure AD, Okta, CyberArk, Sailpoint, Savyint).
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and document complex business processes related to IAM.
6. Experience with regulatory compliance related to IAM (e.g., GDPR, SOX, CMMC).
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.
