As a Technical Product Manager, you will leverage your expertise in software engineering, computer science, and technical collaboration to drive product development and planning through the product life cycle. You will be responsible for the success of the product, from defining the overall product roadmap to specifying technical requirements, ensuring successful delivery to the market, and managing the end-of-life process. This role requires close collaboration with customers, engineering, IT/security teams, marketing, sales and operations to create innovative and robust product solutions.

**Your day-to-day responsibilities will include**:

- Effectively translating the product vision and roadmap into technical product requirements and feature specifications, including system workflows, supported use cases, wireframes, and user interface designs
- Collaborating with engineering teams to gain a deep understanding of technical architecture and algorithm design, ensuring product requirements align with system capabilities and scalability
- Working with with IT teams to support infrastructure planning, security reviews, and technical risk assessments related to the product
- Driving data-driven market analysis, technical product strategy and definition, business case, competitive analysis, partner interaction, and customer management related with the product
- Traveling to meet with clients and partners to experience and observe current, future, and competitive deployments to gain a direct understanding of product needs
- Working alongside Scrum Masters in a Technical Product Owner capacity to plan out sprints and resource allocations in an agile development environment
- Partnering with customer success to support client training, onboarding, feature adoption, and managing a feedback loop to inform the product backlog
- Building and maintaining a data-driven product backlog, continuously gathering market input from customers, sales, and competitive intelligence to prioritize features and improvements
- Communicating technical feature delivery milestones to sales, marketing, and client success teams, ensuring alignment and readiness for new capabilities
- Providing product demonstrations to key client stakeholders, together with the revenue team and solutions engineering

**Required qualifications and experience**:

- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technology field
- 3+ years of experience in software development, technical product management or similar role in a SaaS environment, ideally, in B2B industries
- Solid understanding of software development practices, system architecture, and integration with IT
- Prior customer-facing / B2B product experience with a heavy focus on user experience design and wireframing is highly preferred
- Experience working with cross functional teams in an agile environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and align deliverables to strategic goals
- Willing to travel at least 10% of working time, as required

**Preferred qualifications and experience**:

- Experience in a fast paced, rapidly growing startup environment
- Experience with project management and product planning tools like JIRA and Roadmunk
- Familiarity with technical security standards and compliance frameworks
- Experience with AI platforms and LLMs

- Base Salary: $90K - $120K + performance-based bonus + stock options
