Cambridge, Canada Fusion Products Ltd. Full time

**Daily**:

- Monitor all Overseas Supplier related consolidation of shipments
- Receiving, managing, scanning and delegation of Purchase Orders
- Shipping and processing documents via Sales Orders/Purchase Orders
- Track and Trace System for All Performa Invoices from Suppliers using CMS & Google Docs
- Invoicing Direct Imports
- Commercial invoices and packing lists
- Bill of Lading for all Direct Import orders to be processed and sent to all customers and accounting for payments
- Back-order file to be managed and monitored
- EDI Webgate
- End-to-end logistics operations (including ocean, over-the-road transportation, rail, customs, and warehousing).
- Anticipate and resolve day-to-day issues and take corrective actions.
- Oversee the entire process of a shipment, from acquisition to delivery.
- Correspond with suppliers, warehouses, and transportation hubs to ensure efficiency.
- Select carriers and negotiate contracts and rates.
**Monthly**:

- Maintain budgetary, scheduling, and project database oversight, and report regularly to senior management about progress, plans, and problems that could affect costs or schedules.
- Strategize with various internal business units and vendors to identify opportunities for continuous improvements to the current supply chain network.
- Manage compliance, quality control, and quality assurance standards and specifications.
- Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
- Work with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
- Help develop and implement global transportation cost-savings programs for year-over-year savings.
- Identify project responsibilities, delegating phases and elements to the appropriate personnel.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
