We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team.

**General Description**:
You will work cohesively with the Logistic Manager and Client Services preparing/planning shipments and completing paperwork for domestic and international shipping. The logistics coordinator will also assist the Manger to arrange the transportation of inbound and outbound shipments including negotiation of freight rates and will interact with freight forwarders, third-part warehousing and transportation companies.

**Qualifications & Knowledge**:

- Post-Secondary education in business or supply chain management with experience in international logistics and/or international trade is ideal.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the logistics industry with working knowledge of current international trade, export regulations procedures, and a willingness to continue education in this discipline as necessary
- Experience with Load boards (LoadLink)
- Experience with Route Optimization Software
- Excellent Administrative/Microsoft office/MRP skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
