At Chateau Lighting, we pride ourselves on being Edmonton's leading lighting, furniture, and home décor showroom. Our focus is to provide exceptional customer service to all of our clients from start to finish.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

In this role, you will interact with customers entering and exiting the showroom with a high level of professionalism while responding to inquiries in a timely manner. Along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you are passionate about learning new systems, helping others, have a positive attitude, and effectively set priorities to meet deadlines and sales targets.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**
- First point of contact, greeting and interacting with customers entering/exiting the showroom
- Helping customers in the showroom, answering phones, and assisting with appointments as needed
- Assisting with service coordination
- Data entry and scheduling
- Maintaining showroom appearance, completing daily opening and closing tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Communication skills, both written and oral
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, problem solve and be attentive to details
- Highly organized with a proven ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Assist other areas as required
- Self-motivated; work independently with mínimal supervision to complete tasks
- Customer service-oriented
- Produce reports and meet targets
- Help clients make appropriate selections
- Maintain a high-level of professionalism

**EXPERIENCE**
- 1+ years' experience in customer service, retail showroom, or office environment
- 1+ years' experience in a sales role

**EDUCATION**
- High School Diploma
- Diploma or Certificate in Residential Interiors or Related Experience (not required)
- **Please Note: Ability to work Saturdays from 10am to 5pm is a requirement for this position.**_
