For over 35 years. our technicians are busy with testing concrete, soil, aggregate and asphalt for our customers in the construction industry. We completed over 300,000 projects and many of them are high profile and long-term projects. None of these projects will be possible without the contributions from our dedicated team of engineers, geoscientists, technicians, technologists, and supporting staff.

We are hiring Experienced Field Materials Testing Technicians for our office in Abbotsford. This is a full time permanent positions with over time during our peak season.

**What you will be doing**:

- Travelling to job sites in the assigned territory for concrete and compaction testing.
- Recording and reporting results
- Troubleshooting real time compliance issues in the field and monitoring non-compliance protocols
- Build relationship with site personnel to generate leads for new businesses

**What you will get**

- Starting pay range is $ $25/ hr with previous experience or $21/hr with no previous experience

**What you will need to have**
- Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
- Experience with Compaction Testing
- Experience in using Nuclear Densometer an asset
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift and control weights up to 23 kilos / 50 lbs.
- Good work ethics

**What will give you bonus points**
- Graduate of a Civil Engineering Diploma program
