**Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter sales orders in SAP.
- Manage customer accounts, inquiries, issues, and complaints.
- Handle returns, damaged products, and pricing errors.
- Maintain excellent relationship with customers.
- Promote our products and inform customers about current promotions.
- Manage an assigned internal sales territory by phone (*The position does not involve telemarketing*).
- Assist with training new employees as needed.
- Perform other related duties as required.

**Required Competences and Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French (90 % of our clients are located across Canada and are mostly English-speaking).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Well organized, detail oriented and a good team player.
- Self-motivated, able to multitask, and comfortable working with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in sales and/or natural health products (an asset).
- Experience with SAP (an asset).
- Thrives in fast-paced environment and remains calm under pressure.

**Education**:
Possess one (1) to three (3) years of experience in a customer service role.

**Schedule**:
Monday to Friday - 40 hours / week
Rotation from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. / 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (including one Friday off per month)
Full-time permanent position
In-Person position (3405, F.X.Tessier, Vaudreuil-Dorion (QC) J7V 5V5)
- We offer a competitive salary and a bonus plan after three (3) months.
