REQUIREMENTS **Sales experience is considered an asset but is not mandatory. **Successful exterior home renovation sales considered an asset but not mandatory. Professional appearance and demeanour. **Persistent and tenacious with phenomenal follow-up skills. **Strong computer skills - MS Office, database management, etc. **Ability to work independently without close supervision**

COMPENSATION **Commission sales**

JOB DUTIES **Running pre-set leads, following up on new leads and referrals **Meeting with homeowners at their residence **Sales Presentations **Developing and maintaining the relationships with current customers and potential customers **Preparing roofing contracts**

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
