**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare detailed cost estimates.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for estimates.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and conditions.
- Maintain organized records of estimates and revisions for future reference.
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process to ensure adherence to budget.
- Provide support in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and pricing to enhance estimating accuracy.

**Skills**
- Experience with AutoCad & Excel
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid project management skills with a focus on delivering results within deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction processes and materials used in various types of projects.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills for cost assessment.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required
