**Job Overview**
**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Assist in budgeting by providing accurate estimates for materials, labor, and equipment needed for projects.
- Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop schedules, allocate resources, and address any issues that arise during the construction process.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, and quality control processes.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
- A commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to safety regulations and protocols.
