**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, cutting grass, blowing leaves, washing decks and docks and carrying materials as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor promptly.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks for extended periods.
- Drivers license and a clean abstract would be an asset but is not required
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards learning new skills on the job.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
