The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Personal Auto Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

- Effectively managing assigned territory, working towards sales goals and establishing self-directed sales coverage with manager's assistance
- Representing our products to Distributors, Personal Auto focused shops, Auto Dealerships and Brand Owners.
- Exhibiting guidance with accounts, prospects and peers through acceptance of both direction and leadership as appropriate

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Three (3) years’ sales of experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Current, valid Driver’s License.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Distribution channel and/or direct sales experience in the Personal Auto Market.
- Good presentation skills; comfortable presenting to large groups
- Excellent computer skills, MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word; SalesForce
- Ability to travel at least 25% with some overnights and weekends as necessary

Work location:

- Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)

Travel: May include up to 50% Domestic Travel
