**What We Are Looking For**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Participate as part of a team of experienced real estate clerks working with condominium developers
- Condominium project set-up using LawyerDoneDeal or other project software
- Process, administer and manage interim closings and final closings
- Assist with various other real estate matters, as needed
- Communication and/or reporting to clients and the supervising lawyer
- Produce the highest quality of work
- Accountable for all work assigned
- Take initiative
- Confidential

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years previous experience as a Real Estate Law Clerk, preferably mid to senior level condominium experience
- Successful completion of a related post-secondary Law Clerk program
- Expertise with Teraview; Excel and LawyerDoneDeal (project module preferred)
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed
- High level of professionalism and leadership ability
- Handle time pressure and stress of multiple demands
