This is a firm that enjoys a very low turnover of staff.

In this role you will be involved in work related to commercial real estate transactions. A focus will be on land acquisition and disposition.

This is a full time permanent position.

**In this role you will**:

- Manage and complete purchase/sale of commercial property, acquisitions/disposition of vacation land, financing skills an asset.
- Conduct title/off-title searches
- Draft and coordinate documents required for closing
- Drafting of various internal and external correspondence

Required:

- Minimum of 7+ years of commercial real estate experience
- Law Clerk Diploma required
- Strong technical skills in Conveyancer, MS Word and Outlook
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills, attention to detail with the ability to manage conflicting priorities, while respecting tight deadlines
