**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to project managers and team members, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized project files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, proofreading documents for accuracy, and managing correspondence.
- Coordinate logistics for project-related events or meetings, including venue arrangements and materials preparation.
- Utilize phone systems effectively to manage communications within the team and with external contacts.
- Support front desk operations as needed, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is preferred.
- Attention to detail is essential for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
