Reporting to the Program Coordinator for INHS, this position is responsible for scanning end of life doula programs, interviewing Elders and Knowledge Keepers, and creating a guiding document to inform the End of Life Support Worker program within INHS. This position can be located at any of our 3 campuses or can be done remotely if needed.
**Duties**:

- Assist with research and conduct a review of Indigenous end-of-life competencies and teachings competencies and teachings,
- Support project organization and administration,
- Conduct data analysis that will culminate in a final report,
- Create a list of content experts for the program,
- Maintain and track data using a variety of computer programs
- Interview and meet with Knowledge Keepers and Elders
- Provide input regarding cultural practices

**Qualifications**:

- Applicants should hold a Master’s degree or be working towards a Master degree.
- Preference will be given to students with experience in health programs.
- Have strong communication skills and ability to work independently,
- Be comfortable with a variety of computer programs (word processing, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
