**Reports to**:_ Director of Finance & Administration_

**Based at**: _Head Office, Remote_

**Pay Range**: _$17-20 based on education and experience_

**Hours**: _Permanent Part Time (20+ hours /week)_
- 3-month probation and review_

**Description**

SCP is currently looking for a permanent part-time Administrative Assistant. Do you take pride in your excellent organizational skills? Do you have Microsoft Office experience?

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Performs other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Secondary School completion required
- College/non-university certificate or diploma from an accredited administration or office education program
- 1+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant
- Experience in
- MS Office & Excel
- Word
- Quickbooks (Beneficial but not required)
- Strong organizational skills & a positive attitude
- Excellent command of the English language with great communication skills
- Positive attitude & the ability to handle feedback
- Flexible with the ability to multitask
- Able to work independently, but also as a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly developed time management skills
