Richmond, Canada Live Well Medical Centre Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Handle patient referrals and maintain the electronic inbox
- Prepare vaccines and assist with room preparation
- Sanitize and maintain medical equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff

**Qualifications**:

- MOA experience with OSCAR EMR is required
- Punjabi language is very beneficial
- Friendly, organized, quick learner, and reliable
- Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
- **Location**: In-person at Live Well Medical Centre Ackroyd (commute time of 30 minutes or less preferred)
