Live-in Building Superintendent

**The Position**

The live-in superintendent will report into the Property Manager with duties aligned to the Senior Maintenance Manager, and will work with the site team to ensure the building is maintained, service requests are attended to, and on-call duties are covered.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Required to live-on site (apartment provided)**
- Ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our Residents
- Applicant must love people, be versatile, hands-on with cleaning and maintenance tasks and take ownership of the community
- Duties include scheduled site hours and on-call duties (every other night and every other weekend, excluding scheduled days off)
- Successful applicants must have a flexible schedule and be available to respond to all on-call needs outside of regular business hours
- On-call requirements include but are not limited to: responding to emergencies, attending to after-hour concerns, cleaning duties, maintaining the building quality, answering calls, showing suites, etc.
- Ensure daily communication with all site team members
- Rent collection and follow-up on defaults
- Inspections of vacant and upcoming suites
- Annual suite inspections
- Ensure proper and accurate inventory management
- Snow removal as required,
- Waste management
- Complete all required administration for the position
- Other tasks as assigned
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing systems and new technology

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
